1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betlivo ("betlivo", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at betlivo.ws. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the betlivo platform — including but not limited to the betlivo Casino, Slot games, Bingo rooms, Mahjong Ways titles, sports betting services, and the betlivo Wallet — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the betlivo platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the betlivo platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

These Terms should be read together with betlivo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register a betlivo account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the betlivo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for real-money online gambling in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR. betlivo enforces this requirement strictly and without exception.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or director of betlivo or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform under a self-exclusion or mandatory exclusion order that remains in effect.
• You are not included on any list of prohibited players maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

Age Verification Process

betlivo employs a multi-stage age verification process. You will be asked to confirm your age at the time of registration. betlivo reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents — such as a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's license, or PRC ID — to verify your age and identity at any time. Account access may be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the betlivo platform, you must complete the registration process via the betlivo Login page and create a single betlivo account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your GCash or other registered payment method.

betlivo strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Each individual may maintain only one active betlivo account at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — will be merged, suspended, or permanently closed at betlivo's discretion. Balances and bonuses from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betlivo account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your betlivo Login details with any third party. betlivo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must notify betlivo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised. betlivo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

betlivo is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct identity verification on all players. You agree to provide any documents requested by betlivo's KYC team within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & the betlivo Wallet

4.1 Deposits

betlivo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment channels listed on the betlivo Wallet page. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your betlivo Wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel used.

betlivo does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside betlivo's control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by betlivo within 1 to 2 hours for GCash withdrawals, subject to verification and security checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Before your first withdrawal, betlivo will require completion of KYC verification and may request confirmation that your GCash account is registered under the same name as your betlivo account. betlivo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the betlivo platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betlivo does not apply foreign currency conversion fees. If you deposit using a payment method linked to a foreign currency account, your payment provider's exchange rate and fees will apply before funds reach betlivo.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

betlivo is fully compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and all relevant PAGCOR regulations. betlivo monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and is legally required to report any suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). By using betlivo, you confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and that you are not engaged in any activity that would constitute money laundering under Philippine law.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

By placing bets or participating in any game on the betlivo platform — including casino games, slot machines, bingo rooms, Mahjong Ways titles, and sports betting markets — you agree to the following rules and conditions:

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. betlivo does not accept cancellations or amendments to confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific game or sports betting rules.
• betlivo reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the relevant game or event has been compromised, including but not limited to cases of match-fixing, game manipulation, or technical error.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, betlivo will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The outcome determined by betlivo's server records shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by game, market, and player tier.

5.2 RNG Games

All slot, bingo, and RNG table games on betlivo use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by betlivo or any player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all RNG games are published in the game information panel.

5.3 Live Casino

Live casino games — including live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and live sic bo — are operated by professional dealers via real-time video stream. The decisions of the live dealer and the game outcome as captured on the video stream shall be final. Any disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the game session in question.

5.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting on betlivo covers PBA, NBA, UAAP, UFC, boxing, international football, and sabong, among other events. All sports betting is subject to betlivo's Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting mechanics, and cash-out terms. betlivo uses official sources and recognized governing bodies to determine event outcomes and settle bets.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

betlivo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus terms apply to all betlivo promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times in total before a withdrawal of the associated winnings can be made.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issuance. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not claimed or wagered within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from your betlivo Wallet without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time, unless betlivo's promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in violation of this rule may result in bonus cancellation.
• No Abuse Policy: betlivo actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, structured wagering designed to minimize risk while clearing bonus requirements (bonus hunting), and collusion between players. betlivo reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel withdrawals where abuse is detected.
• Promotional Eligibility: betlivo reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Not all promotions are available to all players. Certain promotions may be restricted by player tier, location (e.g., Metro Manila vs. provincial areas), or account status.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betlivo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your betlivo account, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one betlivo account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or game manipulation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the betlivo platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or betlivo staff via any communication channel
• Accessing the betlivo platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the betlivo platform, game software, or proprietary systems

8 Responsible Gaming

betlivo is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. betlivo's responsible gaming tools and policies are built into the platform at every level.

8.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Changes to limits that reduce your current limit take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders during gameplay showing your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets on betlivo.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the betlivo platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the betlivo platform — including but not limited to the betlivo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betlivo or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betlivo platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any betlivo content without prior written consent from betlivo.

Game content provided by third-party game suppliers (e.g., PG Soft for Mahjong Ways titles) remains the intellectual property of the respective supplier. betlivo licenses such content under agreements with the relevant suppliers and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betlivo's total liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the betlivo platform — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your betlivo Wallet at the time the claim arises.

betlivo shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if betlivo has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages
• Any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the betlivo platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Any loss arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or device-related failures outside betlivo's control
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your betlivo account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions

betlivo's platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While betlivo strives to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your betlivo account at any time by contacting betlivo's support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and pending withdrawals) will be returned to your registered payment method. You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations incurred prior to account closure.

11.2 Termination by betlivo

betlivo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if betlivo has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to betlivo
• You are using the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe

Where an account is closed by betlivo due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. betlivo will provide written notice of account closure and the reason for closure to your registered email address.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

betlivo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and betlivo's Privacy Policy. Your personal information is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

betlivo does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law. Third-party service providers who process data on betlivo's behalf are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and data security standards consistent with Philippine law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and betlivo, we encourage you to first contact betlivo's customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through our 24/7 Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. betlivo commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process, where applicable. betlivo will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution procedure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

betlivo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the betlivo website with the updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — betlivo will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the betlivo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
